Full Terms & Conditions (of which instructions form part):

1. Eligibility: Open to NI and ROI residents aged 18+, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, their agencies or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Promotion opens 17:00 3/5/24 and closes 23:59 31/5/24.
3. Internet access and valid email address are required to enter.
4. Entry Instructions: Visit https://boostdrinks.com/boost-energy-sugar-free and complete the entry form by 31/5/24.
5. All entries must be made online directly by the person entering the promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  Incomplete or illegible entries, or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.  If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the terms of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. Prize: There are 4 prizes of a £250/ €250 Ticketmaster e- Gift Card. Winners from NI will win a £250 Ticketmaster e-Gift Card. Winners from ROI will win a €250 Ticketmaster e-Gift Card. Prizes take the form of a Ticketmaster e-Gift Card, emailed to the winner’s nominated email address. Ticketmaster e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months. 8. Winner Selection: Winner will be selected at random using a number generator on 4/6/24 and notified via email by 7/6/24. Winner must reply to email within 7 days to claim their prize.
9. In the event that no response is received by the promoter or their agent to the prize award notification within 7 days, and after the promoter or their agent has made at least 3 attempts to contact the winner using the email address provided at the time of draw entry, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve(s) selected in the same way and at the same time as the original.
10. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such claims will be disqualified and any claim will be considered void.
11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information or incomplete email.
12. The promoter reserves the right not to fulfil claims when claimant or recipient details are believed to be inaccurate, fictitious, fraudulent or incomplete.
13. Prize to be taken as stated. There is no alternative in cash or kind, in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed with the promoter, prizes will be awarded directly to the winner. Prize winner may be required to participate in photographic or other reasonable publicity without further recompense.
14. Your personal details will be used solely for the purposes of administering the fulfilment of the prize(s) and will be held for a maximum of 28 days from 31/5/24 after which it will be destroyed unless you have specifically opted-in to receive further information or promotions from Boost Drinks Ltd.  Data will be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Notice at https://www.boostdrinks.com/privacy-policy/. Any personal data will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation. Please note that in processing the awards, the promoter may disclose your details to affiliates or third parties involved in the judging process, publicity and the prize fulfillment process.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control only where circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
16. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
