Boost Facebook Competition terms & conditions
1. The Boost Facebook competition is open to those who are 16 years old or older and are residents of the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, excluding employees and their immediate families of Boost Drinks, their agents (excluding clients), and anyone professionally connected with the competition. No third party entries. COMPETITION END DATE: 31ST AUGUST 2011..
2. Only fans registered on the official Boost Drinks Facebook page are eligible to take part in this competition. You can register as a fan by visiting the official Boost Drinks Facebook page.
3. To enter, Boost Drinks official Facebook fans must upload photo or video content of themselves performing energetic and lively dance moves to the wall of the Boost Drinks official Facebook fan page. Entrants from Universities MUST specify their University name. Non-student entries are welcome, but MUST specify their location.
4. Inappropriate content (i.e. porn, graphic/violent images, etc) is prohibited. Boost Drinks will be policing the official Boost Drinks Facebook page and will remove any material that they deem inappropriate without notice being given to the submitting party.
5. Only pictures and videos uploaded by midnight on 31st August 2011 qualify towards this competition.
6. By submitting content the submitting party is giving unrestricted permission to Boost Drinks to use the submitted content in promotional activity including PR and website inclusion.
7. After the competition closes, Boost Drinks will review all submitted material and will determine the 10 best submissions (the most energetic, lively and entertaining dances). Within the 10 best submissions one will be assigned first place, one will be assigned second place, one will be assigned third place and the remaining 7 will be assigned as runners-up. These 10 entrants will be contacted by Boost Drinks 14 days after the competition close date.
7a. The submission assigned first place will receive three months supply (see point 7b below) of their choice of Boost Drinks and their submission will be posted on boostdrinks.com. The submissions assigned second and third place will both receive one months supply (see point 7b below) of their choice of Boost Drinks and their submission will be posted on boostdrinks.com. The 7 runner-up submissions will receive one month's supply (see point 7b below) of a choice of Boost Drinks.
7b. The months supply volumes will be calculated based on a daily intake of EITHER 250ml energy, OR 500ml sport, OR 500ml active.
7c Once contacted by Boost, the 10 winners must provide Boost Drinks with confirmation of their age, their choice of Boost Drinks and a postal address to which Boost Drinks will send their prize. The addresses provided must be able to accept oversized deliveries. In the event that a winner fails to reply to a winning notification within 28 days, then the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
7d. Winning players aged 16 years and older will be offered a choice of: Boost Energy 500ml, Boost Sport 500ml or Boost Active 500ml.
8. Boost Drinks is not responsible for re-delivery of prizes that could not be accepted at the given address.
9. No competitor is eligible to win more than one prize.
10. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Any costs incurred through participation in the competition are the responsibility of the winner.
11. Names and counties of winners are available by writing to the Promoter at Boost Drinks Ltd, Oakwood House, 637 Roundhay Road, Leeds, LS8 4BA, enclosing an SAE.
